Walnut Creek in Florida is a luxurious and family-oriented community located in Pembroke Pines which, in 1999, was considered the third fastest growing city in the United States. It is surrounded by the cities of Southwest Ranches, Davie, Cooper City, Hollywood, Miramar, and The Everglades. Such centrality of location makes Walnut Creek Community attain easy access to roads and highways leading to Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood and Miami International Airports and Seaports. We are minutes away from the famous South Beach in Miami Beach, a little over three hours from Orlando to the north or Key West to the south, and an hour and a half from Naples on the West Coast of Florida.
About Us
We are a restricted-access gated community consisting of 895 single family homes and townhouses. We have a beautiful clubhouse with pools, heated spa, a gym, an aerobics room, a huge lobby that doubles as a gorgeous banquet hall suited up for special occasions, tennis courts and a toddler playground.
We are a Community Development District (CDD) property. CDD owns and maintains our common areas including eight lakes, berm, and storm drains, and it is likewise responsible for the security within the community.
Our professionally landscaped grounds and well-maintained lakes with lush vegetation make living in Walnut Creek a joy for residents.
We have an active Community Association governed by a Board of Directors, with each member representing one of seven neighborhoods that make up this wonderful community we call Walnut Creek.
