What is included in the community and my assessment payments? Tennis Courts, Playground, On-Site Security, Clubhouse, Main Pool & Kiddie Pools, Spa, On-Site Management, Bulk alarm (ADT), Bulk cable & internet (comcast fiber), Aerobics room, Lawn Service, and a gym.
Trash pick-up are Tuesdays and Fridays? Bulk pick-up is every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month. Residents' must place their bulk trash on the swale.
Are interview required for sales and leasing? No interviews, but there is a mandatory orientation. Residents' orientation may take place after moving in, but Tenant orientation MUST be done before moving in, NO exceptions.
Is there a background check for applications? Yes. Background checks are required every year for renters. The cost is $55. This background fee does not include the $100 initial application fee. The application fee does not need to be done every year after approval.
There is a registration for pets and animals? Please research State, City, or Local ordinances, statutes, or laws regarding animals.
Is Walnut Creek Gated? Yes, there are two gates to enter the gate, one on Taft Street and one on Sheridan Street. Sheridan Street gate is for barcode entrance ONLY. The main gate located on Taft Street is guarded until 10 PM. At 10 PM, the gate is virtually manned by a kiosk. There are roving guards 24/7.
How do I obtain decals and fobs? Decals and fobs are obtained on-site at the clubhouse. Staff must adhere decals to interior of vehicle(s). Street parking is NOT allowed, and residents MUST not park vehicles overnight in the guest parking spaces. Towing rules are strictly enforced.
What are the gym hours? Gym Hours: 6 AM to 9 PM Monday to Friday. 8 AM to 9 PM on Saturday. 8 AM to 8 PM on Sunday.
What are the pool hours? Dawn to Dusk.
When are board meetings held? At the Walnut Creek Clubhouse, every 2nd Wednesday of the month, at 7 pm.
